Four steps lead up to the cottage’s terrace and when you enter through the front door, you’ll be welcomed into the light-filled, stylishly arranged open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Featuring sumptuous seating, a Smart TV, central dining table and a fully equipped kitchen in the corner, this is an ideal space for you all to settle back and unwind in. The cottage also offers a bright, refreshing coastal-style shower room and two cheerful bedrooms: a relaxing double and a pretty twin. Outside, the south-facing enclosed terrace has plenty of garden furniture, providing a lovely spot for dining alfresco with your pets lying in the sun. Steps lead down to the central shared lawn, and over to a large, shared field with magnificent clifftop views. The carpark is just 50 metres away, with an allocated parking space for one car.
The property lies just above Mullion Cove (500 metres), which has a small sandy dog-friendly beach, a quiet harbour and a choice of great places to eat and drink. This stretch of the South West Coast Path offers breathtaking views, and pets are welcome to join you at local attractions and landmarks including the Cornish Seal Sanctuary in Gweek, the mysterious Halliggye Fogou and the beautiful Bonython Estate Gardens, all within 8 miles.
