Ideally situated close to the heart of the historic fishing port of Padstow, this welcoming townhouse makes a fantastic holiday retreat for larger families and groups of friends. With ample space for up to eight guests, this light and stylish getaway has plenty of room for two four-legged friends to come along and is just metres from the harbour. Occupying three floors, the property has two cosy lounges, and offers delightful views out across the River Camel, making it a wonderful base for eager walkers, water sports enthusiasts and beach lovers discovering this picturesque area’s stunning coastline.

Entering this fresh and airy townhouse you will find a tastefully decorated lounge which makes an ideal space to sit back and unwind together. The ground floor also has a handy shower room and a stylish, spacious and airy kitchen/diner. Upstairs, the first floor offers a refreshing family bathroom and four bright, cosy bedrooms: two king-size and two bunk rooms. On the second floor, the second lounge is in the eaves of the house, with a TV, DVD player and plenty of toys for younger guests, as well as views across the old town and over the river. Heading outside, a small terrace area is to the rear, with steps up to a pretty patio with a table, chairs and BBQ, making a lovely spot for you to dine alfresco and for your canine pals to laze in the sunshine.

Padstow is known for its working harbour and great restaurants, and offers plenty of opportunities for fishing trips, surfing, sailing, kayaking and golf. Your pets can take you inland along The Camel Trail which leads through to Bodmin (15 miles), or you can head to one of the gorgeous pet-welcoming beaches including Harlyn Bay, Treyarnon Bay and Constantine Bay, all within 5 miles.

Amazing holiday house, we stay here every year and love it! Views from the top floor lounge are amazing. Just a wonderful family holiday house slap bang in the middle of Padstow! We love it

Great location. Great attic room with double aspect views. Nice touch that they have a toy box for kids. Good size bedrooms. Well equipped.

A lovely comfortable house with incredible views over the beaches from the top snug. Ideally located 2 mins walk from the harbour this property is great for easy walks around Padstow. A little more work is needed before next season in order to bring it up to similarly priced properties - none-the-less we had a lovely time here.
