Lose yourselves in the coastal beauty of this corner of Devon and enjoy exciting excursions with your favourite four-legged friend when you head to this delightful cottage in Lynbridge. Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom bolthole is ideal for a family or couple eager to be close to the sea. Return to the holiday home to bask in the sunshine and watch your happy hound explore the garden.

Open the front door to the 19th-century cottage and let your canine companion pad about in the cosy, inviting interior. Light the wood burner in the lounge then settle down with your waggy-tailed friend to unwind in its glow and perhaps watch a little TV. Amble through to the kitchen/diner to prepare tasty meals for hounds and humans and to open the door to let the sea air in on warm days. As day turns to night, wander up to the first floor where the family bathroom, a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom are located. Make the most of the pretty gardens at the cottage. Dine out on the terrace, throw a ball for your cheerful chum on the grass and relax to the sound of the River Lyn.

Explore the West Lyn Valley and the wider surroundings of Exmoor National Park with your faithful friend. Head 1.5 miles into Lynton to take the dog-friendly cliff railway down to Lynmouth to spend time on the beach, where your happy hound can dip his paws in the sea. Energetic pups and their owners might like to attempt the 13.5-mile section of the South West Coast Path to Combe Martin. A lovely cottage in easy walking distance from Lynton. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed (including a milk frother - something we didnt know we needed).

A lovely little cottage nestled in the trees above Lynmouth and below Lynton. Everything was clean and the kitchen very well kitted out. There is car-parking at the pub nearby but best to get there before they start serving dinner as it fills quickly, and be prepared for a narrow, steep path down to it. There is a short steep stretch of lane up whiRead morech to cart your luggage when you arrive, and the garden is down steps, but if you're able-bodied, it isn't a problem. The area is very quiet and the sound of the river tumbling over rocks is very relaxing, so we all slept well in the comfortable beds. Hide

As we wrote in the Guest Book, we had an extremely pleasant stay in the Tree Tops in Lynnbridge. It is a perfect spot to explore the beauty of northern Devon/Exmoor. Returning from our daily trips the cottage offered a very comfortable haven, well equipped as it is.

Comfortable and cosy cottage, within 10 minutes walk to Lynton, which was a lovely base to explore North Devon. The cottage was well equipped, wood Lefa for stove and plenty of information on places to visit. From the cottage lots of excellent walking routes, much enjoyed by our dog.
