Located in the heart of the popular fishing town of Padstow on the North Cornwall coast, this delightful house is within 200 metres of the bustling harbour. Friends and families will love it here, as will their four-legged friends. For those looking for adventure, head out along the South West Coast Path to one of many picturesque, sandy coves along this stretch of coastline, known as ‘Seven Bays’. In the evening, choose one of the many eateries (within a few hundred metres) for a special meal – there’s something to suit all budgets, including Rick Stein’s restaurant.
As attractive on the inside as it is on the outside, this spacious home is light and airy with muted tones creating a calm mood throughout. On the ground floor, there’s a comfortable lounge, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table in the conservatory. The two well-presented bedrooms are on the first floor and both afford glimpses of the estuary. A family bathroom completes the accommodation. To the rear, there is a small garden where you can dine alfresco, and an outside tap is perfect for cleaning sandy paws.
A popular destination for visitors, Padstow has a range of shops, galleries, museums and eateries, all on your doorstep. Further afield, you can enjoy long days on the beach with golden sand and clean surf. Trevone, Harlyn and Constantine Bay are all within 4.5 miles and are well worth a visit. For those who enjoy cycling, you can head inland for the undulating hills of the Cornish countryside, or why not join the Camel Trail (passes through Padstow) and see where it takes you? The surfers’ paradise of Newquay is a little further away (17 miles) but has a few beaches to choose from, a lively town centre and is home to the Blue Reef Aquarium.
