Let man’s best friend feel the sand beneath their paws on the beautiful Harlyn Bay Beach, a Cornish beauty spot that’s less than half a mile from this marvellous dog-friendly property. The accommodation, which sleeps four guests and two canine companions, offers an enviable location in Cornwall’s Seven Bays area with incredible beaches and stunning coastal walks always on offer close by. Have a ball on the beach or let your doggos sniff out some adventure when walking along the South West Coast Path or following the renowned Camel Trail, all whilst looking forward to returning home to this ever-comfortable cottage.
Laid out as reverse-level accommodation, the property benefits from commanding sea views from the windows on the first-floor lounge/kitchen/diner, perfect for admiring whilst planning your day’s excursions over breakfast first thing. You’ll pass by two lovely bedrooms, a twin and a king-size, to reach the open-plan spaces on the first floor. We do not doubt that your energetic canines will slump into a cosy stupor in their favourite bed when evening falls, exhausted from hours of chasing tennis balls and pursuing local wildlife. After dinner, you can sink into a cosy sofa or armchair for a night in front of the Smart TV as Fido snores peacefully at your feet.
Along with Harlyn Bay beach being less than 0.5 miles from home, you’ll also find fantastic dog-friendly shores at Treyarnon Bay (1.5 miles) and Porthcothan Beach (3 miles), all linked by the coastal path. You can leave no stick unfetched along this renowned coastal pathway, following the route along to Newquay (11 miles) on one long, rewarding walk. Close by you’ll also find the foodie hotspot of Padstow (3 miles), complete with welcoming gastropubs where dogs are invited to join you, and the starting point of the sprawling Camel Trail (4 miles).
