Surrounded by magnificent rural views, this stunning retreat lies within the grounds of a National Trust-managed working farm and makes a fabulous holiday home for larger families and groups of friends eager to discover Boscastle and its neighbouring resorts. With space for up to eight human and two canine guests, the thoughtfully updated detached farmhouse features a delightful conservatory, a welcoming wood burner and original flagstone flooring. Stylishly furnished and tastefully decorated, this traditional coastal cottage is an ideal base for walkers, nature spotters and beach lovers exploring a peaceful corner of North Cornwall.

The light-filled conservatory makes a lovely entrance to the farmhouse, with a hallway leading through to the spacious lounge with inviting seating, a Smart TV and wood burner. The handsome dining room is perfect for family feasts, which you can prepare in the traditional farmhouse-style kitchen with a Welsh dresser and a central breakfast table. Upstairs, there are four sumptuous, traditionally styled en-suite bedrooms: two doubles and a twin, each with a shower room, and a king-size room with a freestanding roll-top bath. From 2025, the property will also feature a games room with a pool table. Outside, the large, enclosed garden has plenty of space for your four-legged friends to run about whilst you sit back on the stylishly furnished patio enjoying an al fresco supper and taking in the glorious sea views. Private parking is available for four cars.

The farmhouse lies just a mile from Boscastle, a traditional fishing village with a picturesque harbour. Dogs are welcome to help you explore the historic remains of Tintagel Castle (4.5 miles) or spend an afternoon in the sun at Bossiney Cove (3.5 miles). Midway between Bude (17 miles) and Port Isaac (11 miles), this stunning part of Cornwall offers miles of unforgettable walks for you and your pets to enjoy.

Home Farm is a lovely, well equipped house in delightful surroundings above Boscastle, with views of the sea. The kitchen is a delight to cook in, and the en- suite bedrooms are spacious, and have really comfortable beds. The modern conservaory is spacious, with comfortable settees. The house is on a National Trust working farm, but apart frRead moreom the odd cow mooing, it is really quiet. Spent a wonderful week at Home Farm Farmhouse with our extended family. Just the perfect location for all ages. The house was simply beautiful with 4 large double en suite bedrooms and a country kitchen big enough to seat all 9 of us beside the Rayburn. The Boscastle farm shop and cafe just a couple of miles away and owned by the same family, is Read morewithout doubt the best weve ever been too. Extremely well equipped house. It had everything for all ages a games room, a fully stocked kitchen with all the items you'd need. Having the Rayburn on constantly gave warmth to the whole house. We were 7 adults and a baby and we had ample room to spread out and be comfortable. I especially loved the thought of getting back to the place and sit iRead moren the conservatory and relax to read my book. Thank you for sharing this wonderful house with us. It was well signposted and easy to find. Everything about the house was outstanding and we had a great stay. The level of equipment in the house was exceptional and there was nothing we needed that hadn't been provided. Had a wonderful stay at home farm farmhouse, the welcome pack was very nice and much appreciated by us all.The home was well equipped and comfortable, would definitely stay again.
