Set in a quiet and tranquil spot on a working farm in the countryside, these charming, converted properties welcome a total of ten guests and a four-legged friend over three barns. Enjoy the rural life and go mutts on the many walking routes from the doorstep before spending evenings getting competitive in the games room or soaking away in the bubbling hot tubs.

Each of these properties retains traditional features nodding to their original purposes with beamed ceilings, rustic furnishings and exposed brickwork. The first cottage is a romantic bolthole, sleeping two guests over a single-storey with open-plan living space and a super-king bedroom which can be made into a twin if required. The other two barns both have two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, with Hypnos beds, and a warming wood burner, ideal for the dog to curl up in front of. The shared games room contains table tennis and table football, as well as a spacious dining area for all ten guests to enjoy. Outside is a large, shared lawn, while each property benefits from its own patio terrace, garden furniture and hot tub.

Have a ball exploring the surrounding tracks and bridlepaths that wind through the rolling countryside accessed from the doorstep or head to the bustling town of Saxmundham (1 mile) with its independent shops, supermarket and dog-friendly pubs. If you prefer days beside the seaside, you can find stunning stretches at Aldeburgh and Thorpeness (5.5 miles), or Sizewell Beach (6 miles) which welcomes dogs all year round.

A lovely place to be together, very safe for children and very peaceful. Hot tubs an added bonus!

The standard of cleanliness in some areas especially Stable Cottage was poor. The equipment in the kitchens was inadequate ie only one bread knife and one potato masher between all three kitchens

The accommodation and location is excellent! I think the information on the website didnt do it justice to be honest. We enquired about fridge/freezers available and were told there was just a fridge with a freezer compartment, 2 barns had large fridge freezers and another had just a fridge. The inventory for each could be clearer as it was certainRead morely more fully equipped than we understood from the information. In all, a fabulous venue and wed definitely stay again.
