Your entire family is welcome to enjoy a stunning stay on the Devonshire coast – four-pawed pals included, of course! Boasting an enclosed outdoor space and located just a walk from the beach in Combe Martin, any canine companion will simply adore a stay in this handsome terrace property. The accommodation happily hosts up to seven guests alongside two beloved pups. Admire the far-flung seascapes from four bedrooms on the second floor, all whilst planning rewarding routes for walkies in the surrounding AONB.

On arrival, you’ll pass by a handy garage space and ground floor cloakroom, the perfect dropping-off spot for outdoor gear and space to give your pups a wipe-down before heading upstairs. A single flight of stairs leads to a generously proportioned open-plan space with a kitchen, lounge and diner. Let Fido and Rover make themselves utterly comfortable in this inviting room, perhaps hunkering down in their favourite beds or blankets as you prepare a delicious dinner and sit down together. Four delightful bedrooms, an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom complete the layout. From the main living space, you can also enjoy direct access to the rear patio, an enclosed area where pups can sniff around contentedly as you cook up something good on the BBQ.

Both Combe Martin’s beautiful beach and the far-reaching South West Coast Path can be accessed in less than half a mile from the property, perfect for embarking on any number of dog-friendly outdoor excursions. An unrivalled destination for summertime stays, both Newberry Beach (less than 500 metres) and Broad Sands (1 mile) offer dog-friendly shores all year round. A walk along the mighty clifftops and along to Ilfracombe offers sights and scenery to go mutts for, as well as an abundance of pup-welcoming pubs to greet you at the end of your trek.

A very nice, well equipped three storey town house situated close to the centre of Combe Martin. We enjoyed the lovely sea views from the lounge and the master bedroom. Great base for touring the North Coast of Devon and access to SW Coast Path is close by.

The property is of an excellent standard and the location is perfect for those with pets as the dog friendly beach is a five minute walk . The photo of the bay view doesnt do the vista justice, we never tired of the view whilst relaxing in the lounge especially with the balcony doors open . Would definitely consider rebooking.

A VERY BAD start! We were given the wrong key code so that on arrival we had to wait 50 minutes before the charming Emma arrived to let us in, cold, damp and in need of the toilet. No explanation of what went wrong as yet! The cleaner, if indeed there was one, had somehow failed to notice that the toilet in the main bathroom did not flush. We didnRead more't discover this until Tuesday when we went in to check it before our guests arrived Once again the efficient Emma moved swiftly to ensure that a plumber repaired this by the end of the day The house linen was very poor: tired, stale bedding in the main bedroom all smelling musty. Difficult to get dry with the small poor quality towels. These also smelling horrible. I rewashed these and the pillow cases on the following day. Suspect the house hadn't been used for some time and it definitely needs an overhaul of drains, overflows etc to make it smell better. Expect some response from you. Hide
