A tastefully decorated terraced house in the village of Reydon, which accommodates up to four people in three bedrooms – plus space for a much-loved dog. The entire family will be happy here, especially canine members thanks to being so close to Reydon’s ancient woodland and Suffolk’s Coast Path with its miles of pretty walks.
The property itself is light and bright throughout due to a neutral colour scheme. The downstairs has an airy sitting room, with comfortable sofas and a TV for times when you just want to kick back and relax. There are French doors here to the south-facing courtyard garden. The kitchen is a good size with a dining area, plus all the mod cons you could need for an easy self-catering holiday. To complete the accommodation downstairs, there’s a cloakroom with a WC. On the first floor are three bedrooms – two doubles and a single. One of the doubles has views out over the paddocks. All bedrooms can make use of the family bathroom. Outside, the courtyard has garden furniture for al fresco dining when the weather allows. There''s bike storage in the garage if you have come to Reydon to make the most of the cycle routes nearby.
While the village is relatively quiet, Southwold is only a mile away. The popular seaside resort has a great deal to see and do – including a long stretch of beach in addition to many cafes, pubs and restaurants. Pubs are usually wonderfully welcoming places to eat with four-pawed guests and will often have plenty of treats behind the bar just in case.
