Pack up your pups’ bowls, beds and favourite tennis balls for a stay in this magnificent Devonshire holiday home. Presenting a top-dog location, the property benefits from undisturbed surrounding countryside and both Ilfracombe and the coast close by. Ideally suited to any dog-loving pair, this studio-style holiday home has been thoughtfully laid out to host two guests and up to two canine companions. Set off walking along coastal paths to find beautiful beaches and wide sandy expanses for unforgettable games of fetch with your furry friends.

Head past the decking with a private hot tub and a gorgeous veranda to enter this single-storey accommodation. Those with dogs who like to get stuck in the mud will be pleased to find that the entire place is laminated, just don’t forget to pack your doggy towels before setting off! Having given each pup a wipe down, enjoy relaxing in the open-plan living area with lounge, kitchen, diner and king-size bedroom in one versatile space. An en-suite shower room completes the layout. Benefiting from a warming wood burner in the lounge area and underfloor heating throughout, the entire property is kept warm and cosy in even the coldest of months. Secluded property which lived up to how it had been described on the web site. Enjoyed it so much we booked for 2024 whilst still there. The hot tub made it, particularly because the weather was not good.

The Roost provided us with perfect downtime. A lovely private property with a homely feel and the hot tub with its spectacular view was the icing on the cake! The garden was dog friendly, as was the local pub xx A well located property with lots of walks along the coastal footpath or on beautiful beaches just short drives away.

One of the reasons we booked the property was because of the pictures and description of the garden area. Upon arriving at the property, the garden was not at all like in the pictures and description. The large expanse of garden area had been fenced off and was not accessible to us. The garden area was small and quite overgrown. I think these pictuRead moreres and description of the garden need updating as they were obviously taken when the property had first been converted 8 years ago. The description and pictures are now not a true likeness to the real garden. Hide
