Seriously unbelievable views await you in this pup-friendly property in the Cornish village of Polruan, the perfect place to stay and dream of endless walkies along the South West Coast Path and beyond. Welcoming both humans and dogs alike, the property offers a pack of eight guests (six humans and two dogs, of course) to put feet and paws up amongst exceptional style and comfort. Head out on daily routes along the River Fowey or spend lazy days lounging on the beach, occasionally lobbing a tennis ball or two to keep your four-pawed pack members entertained.
On arrival, there's a utility room which can be used to bring your soggy pups indoors and dry off their wet fur. The open plan living and dining area provides the perfect space for your dogs. There's a cosy spot to curl up by the wood burner in the lounge, letting the warm embrace of the fire lull them into a gentle daze. If the weather doesn’t quite lend itself to throwing logs on the wood burner, then throw open the bi-fold doors and let Fido and Rover enjoy free roam of the decking and a breath of fresh air. Head on downstairs to find three bedrooms on the ground floor all with ensuite bathrooms.
Set tails wagging with a trip out along the stunning Cornish coast, perhaps moseying along to the dog-friendly beach at Lantic Bay (1.5 miles). This white sand beach is National Trust maintained and only accessible via steep, winding stairs, making it an undisturbed place to unwind. If you can’t quite get down to the beach, simply follow the South West Coast Path (less than 0.5 miles) along to admire the sea from a fantastic clifftop vantage point, letting your pups eagerly chase wildlife along the way.
