The cottage was very well equipped. The added tea, coffee, kettle crisps and chocolate shortbread were a lovely edition. The owners original artwork, as a local artist, added to the character of the cottage. A lovely place and location to stay.

The house is in a lovely convenient location. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a great holiday. Our dog loved the garden and we found lots of local walks for him. We recommend Old Hall Farm walks and cafe near Southwold, very dog friendly and really nice food and the the location is beautiful. We had meals at both The Horse aRead morend Groom and The Five Bells. Food was excellent in both and very friendly pubs. (Dogs are welcome in both). The house was clean when we arrived. The village is lovely with plenty of amenities, we used the deli a few times and the products were good and the staff lovely. Both pubs do good home cooked food and are dog friendly. The location is great as it is close to several seaside towns with nice walks.
