Explore the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with your loyal four-legged companions and up to one other human guest at this charming cottage on a farm, surrounded by landscaped gardens with a large pond and plenty of places to enjoy a glass of wine in the sunshine. Warm cold toes and paws in front of the wood burner in the lounge after a long day of enjoying seafront walks and swimming. This single-storey, stone cottage has a spacious living area with a quarry-tiled floor, exposed stone walls and a wood burner. Relax on the leather sofa or armchair in front of a film on the TV and dine with your other half at the table and chairs. Cook a romantic meal in the compact but modern ‘U’-shaped kitchen with neutral tones and plenty of natural light. Soak tired legs in the tub in the bathroom before dozing off in the bedroom with a Superking-size bed and an exposed stone wall. Outside the extensive gardens are shared with neighbouring guests, where you’ll find seating, a pond and laundry facilities.
Just 1 mile away on foot from this rural property is the idyllic coastal village of Little Haven – which has canine-welcoming pubs and a restriction-free beach. North of here is Broad Haven (2.5 miles), which is a slightly larger village and also has a sandy beach and eateries. If you head to St Brides (5.5 miles) you can follow the coastal path for 4.5 miles to Dale Princess (9 miles) while discovering hidden bays and panoramic sea views. From here you can catch a 15-minute ferry across to Scomer Island where you can spot puffins, seals and dolphins.
