With its own private enclosed garden and easy access to the glorious golden sands of Croyde Bay, this delightful cottage is the perfect coastal retreat for couples or a family alongside one or two furry friends on the spectacular North Devon coast.

Feel right at home as soon as you enter this warm, inviting chalet-style cottage. The open-plan living space is the sociable heart of the house, ideal for relaxing with loved ones on the comfortable sofa seating or alternatively, you can gather around the dining table to plan the next day''s activities. Cook a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, then dine alfresco on a warm West County evening at the garden''s bistro-style table and chairs whilst Fido safely explores the fully enclosed borders. At the end of the day, take a long relaxing soak in the stylish bathroom before heading to bed or basket in one of two attractive, light-filled bedrooms.

The golden sands and rolling dunes of Croyde Bay are less than a mile from your door, and though this beach is only open for doggie visitors between 1 October and 30 April, at nearby Saunton Sands (2 miles), you can have a ball year-round with over 4 miles of sweeping shoreline to sniff out, excluding one small zone with a seasonal dog restriction. Alternatively, join the South West Coast Path that leads to inspiring cliff-top scenery and far-reaching ocean views on a walk that will certainly get tails wagging. After all that exercise, you will be in need of refreshment, and many of Croyde’s pubs and cafes are happy to receive visitors with both four legs and two. The high moors and wooded valleys of Exmoor are also within easy reach, where hounds and humans alike are welcome to roam.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen has loads of work surface and is well appointed apart from no kitchen scissors. The properties perfectly acceptable for a weeks holiday. Its a good 20 minute walk to the beach with kids. There isnt a local supermarket or called the shop as you would expect apart from the one at park Dean, which is extremely expensive. It can be a little noisy with the road and people walking past but you get used to it. However its a nice litRead moretle cottage. Hide

This was our first experience of a holiday cottage rental in 25 years. The kitchen had everything you could need and was nicely appointed. The property was really convenient for the beach and village. Good location for walking in the surrounding countyside.

All the beaches are very beautiful. The cottage was great for our family , 2 adults, 2 children (11 and 13), it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was just the right size. I would certainly recommend the cottage as a holiday stay and the area is utterly beautiful and made for a very memorable family holiday. Thank you. Hide
