The romantic apartment benefits from an elevated position along the South West Coast Path, excellent for embarking on unforgettable walkies each and every day, and direct access to Hannafore Beach which is dog-friendly 365 days a year.

Put your best paw forward and prepare to ascend the 63-step staircase which leads up to the penthouse apartment. Once inside, man’s best friend will love having their two masters within earshot at all times – the accommodation is all laid out on one floor. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the ideal space for your entire pack to put their feet (and paws) up. You can switch on the TV, play the radio or simply sit and chat with your pups curled up lovingly at your feet. When it’s time for bed, let sleeping dogs dream of chasing cats and fetching tennis balls right here as you retire to the super-king-size bedroom.

Make the most of the outdoors when staying here, not just by basking in the sunshine on the enclosed private patio at the side of the property. With Hannafore Beach less than 0.5 miles away and the South West Coast Path also passing by, there’ll be no need to jump in the car to discover adventure close by. Take a gentle stroll up to Looe (1 mile) to find a local pub that welcomes dogs or pick a route along the West Looe River and up to explore Kilminorth Woods (3.5 miles).

We have been for the fourth time at Lemain Gardens and the second time at the Duchy. We like especially the view on to the sea and from the small terrace. The flat contains everything you are looking for during your holidays.

What a wonderful place well equipped and a great location. The 63 steps were a bit of a shock but we were much fitter at the end of the week. Thank you.

Lovely apartment with great views, well equipped with comfy bed. The 62 steps up to the property are not for the faint hearted but worth it for the seclusion and views. Great to have an allocated parking space.
