A bright and airy apartment in the centre of Woolacombe town - accommodating up to four people and two dogs across three bedrooms. It’s perfectly placed for beach days on Woolacombe’s award-winning stretch of sand.

The apartment is on the first floor of the apartment building and accessed via a flight of external steps. Once inside, the property is spaced out over one level, with the open-plan kitchen, living and dining room welcoming you when you step inside. There are comfortable sofas to relax on, with a dining table next to the large window and a kitchen area complete with everything you’ll need for cooking up homemade feasts while on holiday. The three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with one being a double and the final two being singles. They all have their own TV and DVD players, and one of the singles also has an additional pull-out single bed - or space for a cot should you need one. The family bathroom is for all to use, and there is a separate WC too. There is a handy covered area just outside the front door to leave wet beachwear or wipe down sandy/muddy paws. Find a small bistro-style table and two chairs here - perfect for a morning coffee. For those with big outdoor equipment like bikes or surfboards, there is secure storage space to the rear of the building.

Woolacombe is a lively seaside town that is a haven for families. The beach is always rated highly for cleanliness and safety, with over three miles of golden sand between Morte Point and Baggy Point. You, your family and your dog will be able to have long, wonderful days out either paddling in the sea or surfing when the conditions are right.

Good cottage my dog loves it on an eve on the balcony outside. Use this cottage 2x yearly. Although would be nice if it could be booked for 10 days that option would be good.

Absolutely perfect stay. Lovely and clean, very well equipped. Perfect location . Plenty to do locally in walking distance and a short distance by car . So close to the beach . Perfect. Will definitely be returning .
