Let your dog run free on the enormous beach at Wells-next-the-Sea when you stay at this cottage in the colourful Norfolk coastal town. The picturesque beach here is dog-friendly all year round once you are past the first 200 metres of the nearest entrance and is backed by pine forest and dunes where you can also go walking. Sleeping four guests, this two-bedroom holiday home sits in a tranquil corner of the town and benefits from an enclosed garden that will also set your dog’s tail wagging.

Open the door to the light, single-storey abode and let your pup pal pad inside for a well-earned rest. Take him through to the lounge/diner to stretch out on the carpet while you watch a little TV or enjoy a few pages of your holiday novel. Head through to the modern kitchen to pop any doggy beach towels into the washing machine and to whip up dinner for both your pet and the rest of your party. Dine at the table next door or out in the garden. As night falls, bid the dog goodnight and lay your head for the night in either the double bedroom or the twin. Awake to enjoy a hot shower before opening the door to the garden and letting your happy hound out to explore. Light the BBQ out here too on warm evenings and throw a ball on the lawn for your chum as it heats up.

Holkham Beach, 3 miles from your base, is also a fabulous, dog-friendly beach with its wide, open, sandflats to leave paw prints on. Take your dog to Holkham Hall, also 3 miles away, to explore the acres of beautiful parkland with you. Wander the ruins of historic Creake Abbey, 7 miles away, with your pup in tow.

Very quiet location but within easy reach of the town centre. Easy parking a big plus. Accommodation was light and airy and well equipped. Garden is very secure for dogs and young children.

This is our second visit to Eva May. It is an excellent holiday property within walking distance of all the amenities. The bungalow is cosy, warm and comfortable with off road parking right outside. Its not surprising that Eva May is booked up months ahead.

Very nice bungalow, clean and comfortable throughout. Very quiet area. Lovely enclosed and well-maintained garden ideal for dog owners. Situated near to the main street in Wells and the harbour area. I would definitely stay there again if I was holidaying in Norfolk.

This property had everything you could possibly need, also a lovely garden for our dog. Situated close to pubs, restaurants lovely shops, beautiful beaches and lots of other stunning places to visit.
