Located close to the beach, this stylish property is perfect for a small family or couple looking to get away from it all while on holiday with their beloved dog. There’s golfing in the area, but coastal walks are also a big draw – especially for four-legged friends who will love the vast sandy beaches and sea for paddling.

Inside this modern townhouse, the ground floor has a kitchen/diner, which has everything you need to rustle up a delicious meal on holiday. With a dining table and chairs, meal times can be as sociable as you need. The lounge is also downstairs with a TV and DVD player for movie nights in, plus a bed settee for more flexible sleeping arrangements while away. The downstairs accommodation is completed with a conservatory with seating and doors that lead out to the garden. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with a zip-and-link double bed plus a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Outside, the garden is enclosed with a patio area and a folding picnic table and chairs.

Scarborough is a vibrant town with plenty to do, such as the Alpamare Waterpark and Sea Life Centre. However, if you are looking for dog-friendly options, the sandy beaches of North Bay are a fantastic option, while many of the pubs in the town will welcome your dog with open arms and a treat or two. If you don’t like to drive, getting around is easy enough as the property is close to major bus routes to the town centre, which has a train station too.

Wonderful modern property on a quiet estate but easily accessible to beach and peasolm park. This is our 4th visit and definitely not our last. Owner always at end of phone if needed. Would highly recommend.

What a holiday house to stay in. Very comfy well planed house. Has everything you need and close to everything you need. Great walks and pubs that do food to eat out. Will soon be back. Thank you for a great stay, all the best.

Nice clean house pub close by also Tesco express around the corner.very quiet estate back garden had sun till teatime would be great in the summer months. House cosy loverly bathroom ,bedroom compact kitchen diner but well enough for two . Weather was rubbish but you cant expect much else this time of year but still a good base to explore from.

A lovely place, location spot on, beach very short walk away along with a pub and Tesco express for essentials. Easy driving distance to Scarborough main town centre, Filey/Whitby nearby. Would we book again the answer is yes.

Had to make 2 phone calls to chase up booking, which was only confirmed less than 24 hrs before we were due to arrive ( thanks to Leanne) also owner requested we leave property by 9am which we felt was a bit early

This house was perfect for me and my daughter & our dog. There was a small conservatory & a garden. A path leads from the door of the house straight to the beach. There's a Tesco on the main road. It was just perfect. We loved it.
