Take a stroll down to Barricane Beach (0.5 miles), found towards the northern end of the glorious golden sands of Woolacombe Beach, which itself stretches along for 3 miles. There are some restrictions, but the beach is dog-friendly throughout the year. Dogs are also welcome to help you explore Exmoor National Park (5.5 miles) or spend a day in the popular resort of Ilfracombe (5 miles).
