Based in Skipton, a popular town in Yorkshire, this property has everything a small family and their dog would need for a holiday exploring the Dales. It''s the perfect mix of being centrally located in an urban setting, while also being close to many walks and other attractions for a relaxing break.
Inside, the downstairs has an open-plan layout. The lounge area has a TV/DVD player plus comfortable sofas for chilling out. Dogs will enjoy lying in front of the coal effect gas fire, or going out to the patio area through the room’s French doors. The kitchen area has everything you should need for an easy self-catering holiday and any meals can be eaten at the dining table and chairs. A downstairs cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms – a double and a single. The double has a sofa too. Both bedrooms can make use of the family shower room. Outside, the patio area is enclosed and has a table and chairs for al fresco dining when the weather allows.
Skipton is traditionally a market town and it retains its hustle and bustle. It’s located on the course of the River Aire and the Leeds and Liverpool Canal – just to the south of the Yorkshire Dales. Dogs will have a wonderful time in the town, due to all the exciting smells from the pubs, restaurants and cafes. However, days out to the Dales and the Lakes are popular excursions for Skipton residents and well worth a trip or two.
