Property code: OC-TONNAU

A contemporary coastal property with a leafy terrace situated in a peaceful corner of Abersoch. An ideal base for exploring the Llyn Peninsula, this stylish retreat is perfect for all members of the family, whether they have two legs or four. Soak in the local surf culture from the shores of Porth Neigwl Beach and enjoy a wonderful ball-throwing backdrop, then grab a blanket and snuggle in for puppy cuddles on the patio under the magnificent dark skies.

This inviting family home features clean lines, light-flooded social spaces, and characterful exposed wooden beams. Store sandy leads and boots at the door then pad into the open-plan living space and rest up weary paws and feet in the lounge. Stock up on snacks and sink onto the plush sofas, or perch at the glass dining table and plot out the next day''s adventure. Potter in the bright kitchen and sneak a treat to your hungry pups while preparing a well-earned feast for the rest of the family, then throw open the patio doors and dine alfresco on balmy evenings with a cold drink in hand. Rest up in the welcoming double room on the ground floor or retreat upstairs to find a second double and a stylish twin, each with plenty of cosy corners for snoozy dogs. Unwind on the comfortable outdoor furniture with a morning brew as Fido sniffs out every nook of his new stomping ground.

Follow the salty ocean breeze to the dog-friendly section of Abersoch Beach (600 metres) where you and your adventurous hound can dive in for a refreshing dip, or drink in the serene ocean views with a scamper along the coastal path to Porth Ceiriad (3 miles). Upstairs bedrooms were cramped and not too much headroom for tall people, also storage was limited. No extractor fans in bathroom and especially in the kitchen oven area (smoke alarm activated whilst cooking on the hob). Downstairs was much better, with comfortable sofas and decent size dinning table. Rear garden had excellent seating furniture andRead more very secure for our dog but was a bit on the small size (no room for a BBQ). We have previously stayed in larger, better equiped accomodation on this estate for less cost, so will not be booking this property again. All in all we had a great holiday, especially due to the amazing weather...we will be back to visit Abersoch next year, but will book earlier for a more suitable home for the week. Hide

The only reason I didnt give maximum marks for the property is that I was holidaying alone with my dog and wanted to watch the rugby league but there was no skysport. I didnt want to leave the dog alone in an unfamiliar property. Other than that the property was excellent and I will be looking to use it again in the future. I enjoyed it so much thaRead moret I am now looking at a couple of properties that were for sale on the same estate. Hide

Holiday Estate a little tired in places. Property itself , very good not to far from beaches and amenities. Definately book again but would choose better views.
