Enter into the bright and breezy living room with plenty of comfortable sofa seating and French windows offering breathtaking views of the sea and countryside beyond. A couple of steps lead up to the light-filled kitchen/diner, where you will find a contemporary space for sharing meal times with loved ones. Alternatively, dine alfresco at the charming picnic bench and take in the inspiring coastal vistas. Note – the front garden is not enclosed and opens onto a road. Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom has a plush super-king-size bed and spectacular sea views, and there''s a cosy twin room that children will adore. A stylish shower room completes the home.

The lively heart of Woolacombe is 500 meters from your door, with lots of cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, and where in many you will find a warm reception and a dog treat or two awaiting Rover''s arrival. The sweeping golden sands of Woolacombe Beach are open to hounds year-round. There is a seasonal dog restriction on the section of the beach in front of the car park in the summer months; however, this is a very small area in comparison to the size of the beach, and there is plenty of space for Fido to frolic. For walkies to get tails wagging, join the South West Coast Path that passes through the village and strike out towards magnificent cliff-top scenery and inspiring ocean views.

Exceptionally comfortable and well located annex in Woolacombe. Short walk to the shops, pubs and most importantly dog friendly beach. The accommodation was clean and main bedroom bed exceptionally comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and welcome basket very popular, even with the dog.

We had a fabulous stay at Sandunes. Prior to our arrival, we received very detailed and accurate directions and instructions on how to access the property. Great communication. The annexe was perfect, furnished to an extremely high standard, and Lance had thought of absolutely everything. The welcome pack of milk, cereal, tea and coffee was greRead moreat. A wonderfully located holiday let with incredible views from the master bedroom ! Only a short walk down to the village and the incredible beach . Lance was so helpful and supportive which was very much appreciated ! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a get away from it all type of holiday !

Excellent cottage, very well equipped, helpful owner, private parking. I struggled a bit with the very steep drive and there was road noise but overall, a lovely place.

This was a fantastic property, the location and views were the best. The property was so well equipped the owner had thought of everything it was well maintained and good quality. the owner was very friendly and on hand if you needed anything and very knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend this property and we will be back.

Very comfortable, clean, light and nicely decorated (lovely seaside theme) property. Nice sea views from the main bedroom and outdoor seating area. Very conveniently situated for Woolacombe's shops and beaches (5-10 min walk). A very thoughtful welcome pack and very friendly hosts. Excellent value for money.
