Just 3 miles away is the picturesque beach of West Runton where you can hunt for fossils with your canine by your side.

At the heart of the home is the living room/diner which has a cosy, quirky feel, complete with two luxurious sofas and a wood burner for winter warmth. The dining table is set beside the bay window offering atmospheric views for daily dinners, whilst the Smart TV and Sonos speakers provide all the entertainment you’ll need. Next door, the kitchen is a charming room with a traditional AGA and a less formal six-seater dining table with access out to the courtyard garden where morning coffees can be enjoyed. Upstairs on the first floor are the first two of the bedrooms, starting with a king-size bedroom boasting private use of the balcony. In addition, there is a quaint nursery with a cot and single bed, perfect for younger children. Up the second staircase are another two bedrooms, a king-size and a single room, the former of which enjoys an en-suite for added privacy. Completing the Grade II-listed Georgian home are two bunk rooms, one with double bunks and the other a single which is fantastic for older children. The third floor is completed by a second lounge area with a TV for quiet time. The grandeur and elegance of the property continue into the courtyard garden where a gas BBQ and outdoor seating are available for al fresco dining with Fido at your feet in the summer months.

Right on your doorstep is the iconic Cromer Pier, offering a perfect place for morning and evening walkies come rain or shine. From here, you could opt to join a stretch of the Norfolk Coast Path to have a ball or head off on the Cromer Lighthouse Walk where you’ll explore beaches, cliffs and heathlands along the route. Cromer is also home to a number of eateries welcoming those on four legs, including a dedicated doggy diner which has an exclusive menu for hounds as well as an exciting play area.

We spent a lovely five days overlooking the pier at Cromer. Despite it being January, the weather was quite kind to us. So waking up to the sea everyday was amazing. The house is stunning & the bedrooms overlooking the front were the best way to get us up in the morning. The house has a very special feeling & we had a very relaxing time. Thank you

The best location in Cromer - nothing else beats it. Plenty of space in the house and I love the fact theres plenty of facilities some holiday homes strip everything back to the bare necessities but not this one. Weve already booked up for next year.

Wow! This beautifully furnished home had everything we needed for a fun filled week in Cromer. Perfectly positioned, overlooking the main beach and pier, during the day we could watch the kids playing in the sea from the living room window and we were just a minutes walk to a fabulous pub (The Red Lion) and lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. IRead moren the evenings the sunsets are spectacular. The owner had left a really helpful guide to Cromer and the surrounding area. They really had thought of everything, from sipping your morning coffee in the beautiful kitchen, exploring Cromer on busy days or lazy evenings in. 10 stars!! Hide
