A gorgeous, bright, and spacious house in the heart of the small village of Nefyn, this is the perfect base for the whole pack. Spread over three floors, there’s plenty of space for eight of you to kick back and relax along with two furry family members. With the beach less than 500 metres away and coastal walks galore, there’s plenty to keep everyone happy. Included - from the last week in May to end of September - is a unique beach hut equipped with a little gas burner, chairs, table and basic cooking equipment. Please note that occasionally this hut gets damaged by the weather/high tides and may become unavailable.
The period holiday property combines contemporary interiors with traditional features creating a warm, welcoming space. Relax in the lovely light living room on the comfy seating, with a wood burner the pups will want to snuggle up next to while the kids have a go on the electric keyboard. Cook up delicious meals and enjoy them in the kitchen/diner, with patio doors leading outside; there’s also a handy utility room and a shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a double, both with ornamental fireplaces, and a family bathroom. The second floor houses the fourth bedroom, a spacious double with a cot and a low ceiling in some areas. Heading outside is a lovely, fenced garden the hounds can explore with somewhere for you to sit and chill.
There are village amenities – shops, pubs, restaurants, and a post office – less than 200 metres from the front door, and you’ll find spectacular walks on the doorstep too. Grab the leads and head to the long, sandy bay less than 500 metres away and pick up the coastal path for stunning walks exploring the coast and headlands. For a spot of retail therapy, the trendy town of Abersoch is a 12-mile drive and Pwllheli is 7 miles away with yet more beautiful beaches, ideal for sailing and water sports.
