Spend a day at the dog-friendly Ness Cove Beach (1 mile) and soak up the scenery from the Viewing Platform (1 mile). From here you can follow the South West Coast Path past the golf course all the way to Maidencombe Beach (5.5 miles) – on your way you’ll come across more than 10 secluded coves. Further afield is the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (12 miles) and Torquay (8 miles).
