A breakfast bar with two stools separates the kitchen/diner, where there is a dining table set for three. Via the French doors, enter the walled courtyard and share evening drinks at the patio furniture. To the rear, reached by some steps, you can stroll through the owner’s garden. Return to the kitchen to access the bedroom, where light beams through the window and white lamps sit on bedside tables. There is a cream en-suite shower room as well as a separate shower room. Private parking is available for two cars.

Wander through Victorian streets lined with independent shops and restaurants or enjoy a picnic in the park. From the cottage, stroll along Loch Monzievaird or for more challenging hikes, tackle Ben Vorlich and Ben Chonzie, where you’re rewarded with Highland views. Golf courses are abundant in the area, and the famous Gleneagles is just 12 miles from the property. During your stay, a trip to Glenturret Distillery (2 miles) to sample the malt whiskey is a must.
