Set just steps away from the golden sands of Porth Beach, this contemporary second-floor apartment, with wide ocean views, offers the perfect base for couples and small families exploring North Cornwall together. Streams, rock pools, and caves are scattered across the shoreline here, and a narrow wooden footbridge leads to Porth Island – a headland full of history where a blowhole sends rainbow sprays of water skyward at mid-tide. Porth Island draws photographers and coastal explorers throughout the year. Lusty Glaze Beach (0.5 miles) sits along the South West Coast Path towards Newquay (1 mile), and at low tide, the sand stretches all the way to Watergate Bay (2 miles). The rolling cliffs towards Mawgan Porth (4 miles) rise beyond, with exposed walking trails and wide Atlantic views.

A second bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be configured as two singles on request, offering flexibility for families or groups. Serving the second bedroom, the family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.


The private furnished balcony, accessed from the living area through the bi-fold doors, looks out over the beach and sea. A Juliet balcony from the master bedroom provides a second vantage point across the coast. The building has a communal entrance with an intercom, shared with other residents. A quiet access road separates the building from the beach. Designated parking for one car is immediately outside the building.
