Enjoy seeing your pup paddle in the shallows when you stay at this apartment in Falmouth. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom bolthole sits on the third floor of a modern building that captures sea views. Follow fabulous walks together before returning to sun yourselves on the balcony.

Head up to the third floor via the lift or the stairs. Let your chum pad down the hall to discover bright accommodation with a modern finish. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has an opulent, elegant feel. Let him rest his head on the soft rug while you enjoy a few quiet moments to yourself on the sofa. Open the doors to the balcony to bring in the streaming sunshine and surf the channels on the Smart TV to find your current boxset. Whip up culinary masterpieces in the kitchen, then dine in style at the table. Your hungry hound can enjoy his well-earned dinner over here too. There is a useful utility room. Settle your pup for the night, then head through to one of the bedrooms. Here, you have two king-sizes, both with en-suite shower rooms and one with a Smart TV and access to the balcony. The final bedroom is a super-king-size, with zip-and-link beds that can also be made up as a twin if discussed in advance. There is also a family bathroom. Take your pal out to amble round the shared gardens on his lead with you. Enjoy the privacy of your balcony. There is parking for one car and storage for surfboards.

Amble 300 metres to the beautiful Gyllyngdune Gardens, where your chum can join you on his lead. Set out along the scenic South West Coast Path, pausing at dog-friendly beaches, including Sunny Cove, 1.5 miles away. Venture 11 miles to the Lizard Peninsula, with its magnificent walks.

Fabulously comfortable apartment in a great location. Its easy to walk to several good restaurants and having the Co op downstairs is really convenient.

This was our third stay at 26 The Liner and we found it every bit as relaxing as the previous 2 stays. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful view just makes the stress of everyday life melt away. We loved the apartment. The location was perfect and being next to the hotel and the beach cafe was excellent for an evening. Being able to sit out on the balcony was lovely. Furnishings were lovely. Some of the paintwork needs touching up as it's a bit marked but to be fair we stayed at the end of the season so probably to be expected. Really lovRead moreely apartment and great location. Having the Beryl bikes and scooters just outside was also great if you couldn't be bothered to walk down to town (and they are such good fun). If we come to Falmouth again we will definitely think about staying here again! Hide

Appartment 26 at The Liner is a beautiful place to enjoy a very comfortable stay in Falmouth. Well equipped and high quality all round we found everything we wanted and needed provided . The balcony was a great place to watch the world go by with a cup of coffee to start the day and a drink to finish it !

First impressions count and this apartment ticks all the right boxes. It has been finished to a very high standard and is right up there. Location is fantastic and the use of the surf store was a godsend. The balcony is a total sun trap later in the day. The only tiny gripe is that the parking spaces are more on the tight side but I guess tRead morehat's to be expected within the footprint. That aside I would not hesitate to stay here again and would rate it as one of our favourite apartments we've ever stayed in. Hide
