This space is bright and airy with large windows and neutral, decorative tones. To one side is a practical kitchen area, and a dining table set in the bay window, while to the other is a spacious lounge with plenty of seating where you can curl up of an evening in front of the TV. When you are ready to let sleeping dogs lie, head through to one of the two bedrooms, a super-king-size which can be made up as a twin, or a welcoming king-size. Though there is no outdoor space at this property, Beer beach is just 200 metres away, where dogs are allowed to roam free on the eastern section all-year round.

From here, you can join the superb, scenic, South West Coast Path, which stretches for miles through Devon and Cornwall. Take a ride on the Seaton Tramway (1.5 miles) or explore the deep caverns of Beer Quarry Caves (1 mile).
