Sit, stay and soak up sea views from this elegant first-floor apartment, which makes a memorable backdrop to exciting holidays with family or friends plus two furry pals. A sumptuous interior is complemented by a private courtyard, making it a real treat for both humans and canine companions.
Lead your pups through the shared entrance hall and up the handsome Victorian stairs to reach the apartment’s front door. Inside, the open-plan living space features high ceilings and large windows – which fill the room with natural light and show off incredible views over the Menai Strait. Set dog beds on the wooden floor and sink into the comfortable seating, which is gathered around a Smart TV. The kitchen provides ample space for preparing meals, perhaps using locally sourced ingredients, to serve at the dining table. When you start to yawn, bid your mutts goodnight and head to the three super-king-size bedrooms. The first leads off the living space and connects to a Jack-and-Jill shower room, shared with the second bedroom beyond – a great set-up for families. The third bedroom has exclusive use of the family bathroom. Hounds and humans can get a breath of fresh air, and perhaps grill something delicious on the BBQ, in the small, private courtyard, and there’s also a larger, shared front garden (also enclosed) where there are benches and loungers. Private parking is available for two cars.
Explore beautiful Beaumaris, including its medieval castle (dogs welcome on ground-floor levels a short lead) and dog-friendly beach, perhaps even booking a puffin cruise, provided your hound has good sea legs. Cross the Menai Bridge and you can be in Snowdonia in about 12 miles, while if you stay on the island you can follow the Anglesey Coastal Path or choose from an array of stunning beaches and bays.
