Sitting in a quiet location in Betws-y-Coed, the adventure capital of Eryri - Snowdonia, this traditional stone cottage is perfect for outdoor adventurers, surrounded by stunning views and walks with heaps of exciting activities nearby. It’s close to everything in the town and has a small garden – fully enclosed and safe for Fido to explore.
Stepping inside, the interiors are bright and welcoming throughout. The living room/diner has comfy sofas for relaxing in front of the TV at the end of a fun day. There are incredible views from the kitchen window, with a small breakfast table and chairs beneath it for enjoying meals together. Upstairs, are two attractive bedrooms in calming colours and a simple shower room. There’s also an outdoor heated utility room, perfect for drying your outdoor gear and storing bikes. After an exciting day out, relax with a cold drink and soak up the stunning views from the garden while Fido potters around freely as it’s fully fenced/hedged.
Betws-y-Coed is the gateway to Eryri - Snowdonia National Park, where there are almost limitless opportunities for walking, climbing, mountain biking and kayaking in the beautiful mountains, forests, valleys, and rivers. The cottage is across a stone bridge from the main street where you’ll find a range of cafes, pubs, and shops, including a doggy shop for stocking up on treats, and there’s a lovely walk along the river. Jump on the Sherpa bus (Fido is welcome) to Pen-y-Pass (11 miles), the start of many great walks, including routes up Yr Wyddfa - Snowdon. Grab the lead and wander to the enchanting Conwy Falls (2.5 miles) and the Fairy Glen (2 miles) from the front door or head for walkies at Llyn Elsi mountain lake (1.5 miles).
