Property code: OC-P00003

Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, this spacious family home is less than 200 metres from the beach and is the perfect base for a group get-together on the wonderful Cornish coast. With up to three canine companions welcome to join you, no member of the family will be left behind on your Cornish adventure.

With beautiful sea views from the garden decking and upper floor, feel right at home in this fantastic seaside property. Interiors are bright and airy with splashes of warm colour, and with two sitting rooms to choose from, as well as a large lawned garden, there’s plenty of space for the whole family to relax and unwind. Make use of the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy a delicious meal at the breakfast bar or expansive dining table while planning the next day''s activities. Alternatively, head outside and dine alfresco at the charming picnic bench on a warm summer''s evening or curl up in front of the cosy open fire on those chillier nights, where you are sure to find Fido snoozing in the warmth.

Though dogs are not allowed on Trevone Beach during the summer months, they are allowed on neighbouring Newtrain Beach, which is also perfect for rock pooling and home to a natural tidal pool, 80 metres from your door. To really let Rover stretch his legs, take a walk along the South West Coast Path for 1 mile to the sweeping golden sands of Harlyn Bay, where four-legged friends are welcome year-round. The village itself boasts a pub, store, beach shop and cafe as well as a farm shop selling local produce, and even a tearoom and art gallery. Nearby Padstow is 2.5 miles away and home to some fantastic seafood restaurants, including that of a well-known TV chef. For meal times alongside your furry friends, grab a bag of the town''s world-famous fish and chips, then sit by the historic harbour watching the fishing boats come and go.
