Tucked away in a quiet corner of St Merryn, this bright and airy holiday home is the perfect location for a couple or family, alongside their four-legged friend, to explore the delights of Cornwall. Have a ball on some of the area’s fantastic dog-friendly beaches, roam wonderful cliff-top paths and discover lovely coastal villages and towns.
Sociable open-plan living is what this home is all about, spending time with loved ones, both four-legged and two. Stepping into the small but perfectly formed kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal that can be shared around the dining table whilst you plan the upcoming activities. Alternatively, choose to dine alfresco and make the most of the BBQ and outdoor furniture whilst Fido safely explores the fully enclosed garden. After dinner, put the children to bed in the fun bunk room, then day curl up on the sofa seating with your canine companion by your side. Climb the stairs for a relaxing soak in the bath before heading to bed in the inviting king-size bedroom.
The village offers a wide range of restaurants, pubs and shops, and a visit to the bakery is a must, where you and Rover can sniff out a traditional Cornish pasty or two. The wonderful beach at Constantine Bay is just under 2 miles from your door, where the Fido is welcome year-round, with no seasonal restrictions. Watch him can play happily whilst you fill your days with rock pooling, surfing, sandcastle building and swimming. The pretty and popular fishing town of Padstow is 3 miles away, where you can sample a range of fantastic seafood restaurants or get a takeaway fish and chips and dine-alfresco with Rover by your side. To burn off all those extra calories, stroll a section of the South West Coast Path or hire a bike and take your furry friend for a run along the beautiful Camel trail that begins in Padstow and follows the course of the gorgeous River Camel.
