When you are ready to turn in for the night, two of the bedrooms are located on this floor, a king-size, and a double which boasts an en-suite shower room. Upstairs, you will find two elegant super-king-size bedrooms, one has an en-suite shower room, and both have sweeping coastal views. Completing the interior is a family bathroom with large windows and a free-standing bath. Outside, the fantastic garden has been thoughtfully designed for groups seeking al fresco events. The garage has been converted into a games room with a table tennis table and a dart board, while there is plenty of space for morning coffees and evenings drinks as the dog safely sniffs about. Private parking is provided for six cars.

Located in the colourful village of Appledore, you will find several cafes and the beautiful dog-friendly beach within just 0.5 miles. The Tarka Trail passes through the village and is ideal for traffic-free walks and bike rides. Lead the way to adventure further afield at Saunton Sands (8 miles) and Woolacombe (13 miles).
