You’ll be surrounded by countryside and within easy reach of the East Yorkshire coast (5.5 miles), making it easy to plan days out exploring sandy beaches, market towns and scenic walking routes. Withernsea (10 miles) is ideal for traditional seaside strolls, while Beverley (20 miles) is packed with independent shops, cafes and historic sites including its famous Minster.

You’ll reach your entrance via a long gravel driveway and external stairs. Inside, the property has been thoughtfully restored with elegant interiors and a warm, country-style feel. Relax with your pet in the spacious lounge and dining area, which has high ceilings and large windows overlooking the grounds. Sink into the comfortable seating and, on cold evenings, get the open fire going so your pet can doze happily in the heat. Two dog beds and blankets are provided for four-legged guests. There’s also a Smart TV for easy entertainment. For meal prep, the compact kitchen has everything you need, and there’s a dining area for sitting down to leisurely meals together. The apartment has one double bedroom with lovely estate views, plus robes and slippers for a luxurious touch. Completing the indoor quarters is a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. Outside, dogs can stretch their legs in the private front garden, while you unwind with a drink or light lunch. Private parking for two cars is included.

Nearby, plan pretty dog walks right from the front door or drive to Hull (15 miles) for waterside dining. At the spectacular Spurn Point (20 miles), dogs are welcome to join you on designated walking routes north of the Discovery Centre, and in the visitor centre and café. Beverley (18 miles) is perfect for wandering with your pup, with its attractive market squares, Georgian streets and welcoming cafés.
