Situated in an elevated position above Brixham Harbour, this stylish Victorian townhouse is the perfect base for families with four-legged friends. Inside, chic contemporary decor combines with spacious Victorian proportions, bay windows and wooden flooring, while a sunny decked area is the place to soak up the evening sun with your pooch. Explore bustling Brixham with its cobbled streets, independent shops and eateries and busy working harbour or take to the beach for a splash in the waves with the dog.

Climb 14 steps to enter this three-storey property which is spacious, stylish and open plan. Prepare delicious family meals in the sunny kitchen, which offers ample surface space and contains plenty of mod cons. Enjoy meals at the large table in the dining room, which is open-plan with the cosy living space, complete with a Smart TV, Blu-ray player and feature fireplace. Leaving pooches to snore away in the separate utility room, climb the stairs to the four bedrooms, each of which enjoys plenty of natural light and are finished with carefully coordinated furniture. The master bedroom has restricted head height due to the vaulted ceiling. Together with a small terrace to the front, there is a fantastic decked area to the rear with furniture for summer evenings.

Set above one of the UK’s busiest fishing harbours, this property is ideally located for exploring picturesque Brixham. With a proud maritime history, Brixham is still home to a thriving fishing harbour, busy market and selection of eateries and shops selling tempting local seafood. With two beaches to choose from, spend a day on the shingle Breakwater Beach (1 mile), where dogs are allowed during the winter, or take to the more secluded St Mary’s Bay (1 mile), which welcomes dogs all year round.

Lovely house, nice comfy beds, loads of space, great shower in the main bathroom, 2 sinks in the bathroom, not seen that before, i liked that, great location, either walk up the slope with a few steps or walk all the other side with just steps and you're at the house. The owner was very helpful when we needed anything.

This place is a very cosy and warm. The showers are really fantastic. We highly recommended staying here if you are wishing to stay in Brixham. The local shops, restaurants, harbour and south west coastal path are all within a 5 minute walk. We highly recommended the pub (the manor) that's just down the road and down some steps. A really cosy littlRead moree pub full of character with friendly locals and holiday makers. The property has everything you need. A real home away from home. Just perfect. Hide

A good sized property for our family of 4 adults and 3 children however the kitchen is small especially when trying to cook a Christmas lunch. There is no space for storing food apart from the fridge/freezer but the cupboards are stocked with everything you could possibly need. The family bathroom is very large with a huge bathtub and separate showRead moreer. All of the bedrooms are spacious with ample storage, you do need to mind your head in the upper bedrooms. Beautiful cottage well supplied with equipment and very clean. There are a lot of steps into the town or if you follow the road its steep but will get you there. Parking is a problem as you have to find that somewhere as never a space outside the property. House is in a good position for the town and restaurants

Very nice house in a great location ,plenty of room .We were 7 adults of 3 generations .Parking as has been mentioned is challenging & not recommended for elderly or anyone with mobility issues ,lots of steps & steep hills ,but great to be able to walk into the town & harbour in the evening & leave the car behind. I would recommend Albero restauranRead moret & Berry Head hotel . A visit to Coleton Fishacre was a highlight ,beautiful. Hide

Great position, close to the harbour and plenty of room for the seven of us. Parking as expected was a challenge close by so, as recommend by a previous review, I purchased a Tor Bay parking permit and left the car on the long stay car park by the harbour. Although comfortable the property needs a bit of updating

Really enjoyed our week at the house. It was spacious well equipped clean and in a perfect location for us. The owners had even left a fresh bottle of milk in the fridge for us which we thought was very thoughtful. The location was fantastic for us (although people with any problems walking hills or steps beware - you may struggle) We were very lucRead moreky with parking as we bagged 2 spots right outside the house and stayed there for the whole week using buses to get around during our stay.
