This traditional stone cottage combines classic, Lake-District charm with inviting social spaces, arranged over three floors. Step straight in to the cosy lounge, which sets the tone with soft seating, a Smart TV and a crackling wood burner – the perfect place to unwind with your tired pup after a day outdoors. The kitchen/diner is designed for sociable meals together, and includes a microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, while a utility/boot room to the rear provides a freezer, laundry facilities and a handy place to store pet food. The first floor features a stylish and colourful king-size bedroom, alongside two bathrooms: one with a roll-top bath and separate, walk-in shower, the other a shower room. Continue up to the second floor to find two bright, super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms with ample storage and large windows which overlook the town’s rooftops. Open the door of the boot room and let your furry friend explore the enclosed courtyard, where seating for two is positioned for a morning coffee or a sundowner. Parking is available in nearby car parks, and you may stop briefly outside (subject to availability) to load and unload.

Clip on the lead and explore the dog-friendly shops and cafes of Ambleside from your doorstep, or head out of town for the wooded trail to Stock Ghyll Force (1 mile).
