This splendid cottage, on the beautiful Isle of Arran, sleeps four guests and four furry companions. Packed with culture, as well as amazing scenery, you’ll find plenty to see and do with your four-legged friends. Embark on an exhilarating climb of Goat Fell (9 miles), wander around the exquisite gardens of Brodick Castle (12 miles) or stride out from your front door along the Arran Coastal Way.

A warm welcome awaits you in this traditional Scottish cottage. Kick off your muddy boots and hang up the dog leads in the spacious hallway, before heading into the cosy lounge, with its roaring open fire – perfect to snuggle in front of on a chilly evening, with the hounds curled up on the rug. From here, patio doors lead to the garden, so it’s easy for the woofers to amble in and out. At the end of the day, retire to one of the tasteful bedrooms, both of which boast fabulous views. On a summer’s evening, fire up the BBQ and dine outside in the enclosed garden whilst your canine friends have a good sniff and explore.

The wild and jagged path that leads to the summit of Goat fell – the highest point on the island - is challenging, but when you and the furballs get to the top, you’ll be rewarded with incredible panoramic views. Spend a relaxing afternoon wandering around the paw-friendly grounds at Brodick Castle. Explore the formal gardens, take a woodland walk, and keep an eye out for red squirrels. The section of the Arran Coastal Way that runs from Lochranza to Sannox (9 miles) is widely regarded as the most spectacular part of the route. You’ll be treated to jaw-dropping views across the water to Ayrshire and may even spot a dolphin or basking shark in the bay.
