Nice property, hot tub is great. Just be aware that it is in the pub carpark and the only outside space with a view is the small balcony. The noise from the pub is constant throughout the day and evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying at Fairport. The house is really comfortable and nicely equipped, and the views from the balcony and windows are lovely. There is also the added bonus of the hot tub which was well utilised. There are some great walks from the house and a short drive to sites where one can view ospreys and red kites. Fairport is a beautiful house, we felt lucky to be able to stay there. However, on arrival the house was not as clean as we expected at 5 stars. The bathroom upstairs had mould in the grout that needed cleaning and the ceiling was flaking daily all over the floor. Hide
