Immaculately clean having been refurbished and refurnished very recently. No budget equipment ... great beds and bed linen! Hard to think of anything not provided which is highly unusual. Very peaceful - and fairly remote - location despite the midday travellers around the NC500 which is about 100m away.

Quiet location with comfortable beds and all the equipment you need. Local shop (Drumbeg) has the essentials but have to travel to Lochinver (35min by car) for restaurants and need to book in advance. A good place to stay in fine weather.

Dont know how this property achieved its grading. It has a spectacular setting and views. It lacks care and attention to detail. It needs a deep clean and upgrading. Very disappointed after reading previous reviews.

What a fantastic stay we had at this farmhouse. Stunning views, wildlife all around including deer in the garden most nights and seals in the loch just down the road. The house was lovely and warm even without the wood burner, although we put that to good use too. The house was lovely inside too with quality fixtures and fitting, premium bedding anRead mored towels. And a great location to explore the north coast of Scotland even over to John OGroats if you like. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend it Hide

Comfortable refurbished house in a beautiful part of Scotland. Very remote but well worth the journey. Everywhere is a drive away and the road is tricky - single track and twisty. House had everything we needed but take extra towels and be prepared to go without Wi-Fi and reliable mobile signal
