Open the front door and let Rex head in to make himself comfortable. Follow him down the hall and into the lounge where you can rest tired paws and feet after your latest long walk. Watch the TV in here or take Rex through to the diner so you can look out towards your beautiful surroundings as he pads out through the glass doors and into the garden. Enjoy the homecooked meals you have prepared, while Rex tucks into his dinner through in the well-fitted kitchen. Settle him for the night in this part of the property before making your own way through to one of the inviting bedrooms. These include 3 king-size and a twin. There is also a family shower room here. Spend sunny mornings and afternoons out in the fresh air of the pretty, lawned garden. Lace your boots, pick up the dog lead and venture 2.5 miles from the house up to the summit of the Old Man of Coniston. Hike 1.5 miles to see the former Coniston Copper Mines or undertake a section of the scenic, 14-mile route around Coniston Water, with Rex bounding by your side.
