A stunning 21st-century getaway, this chic holiday hideaway offers everything you will need for your group getaway to desirable Westward Ho!. Sleeping 10 guests, the five-bedroom cottage sits on the edge of the North Devon village, where it commands sea views and enjoys great convenience. Stroll less than 0.5 miles to shops, eateries and the long sandy beach, which is popular with surfers and walkers, as well as swimmers. The tidal swimming pool and scenic South West Coast Path are a similar distance from your base. Play golf, explore the Northam Burrows Country and potter in pretty Appledore, which is just 3 miles away. From here, you can take a ferry in the summer months across the Torridge Estuary to Instow, with its beautiful beach. During your stay, you might also like to follow sections of the famous 180-mile Tarka Trail on foot or by bicycle through picturesque North Devon.

Make your way into this stylish, cutting-edge retreat to discover the three-storey property has a reverse-level design. Two of your immaculate super-king-size bedrooms, one with a door to a courtyard, where you can sip your morning coffee, and one with zip-and-link beds that can also be made up as singles by advance request, are here. There is also a family shower room and games room, where you can challenge each other to pool, table tennis and darts, or watch the Smart TV, which has a sound bar. A handy utility room is also downstairs. Moving on up to the next level, you will discover your grand emperor bedroom, where you can luxuriate in your own private seating area, Smart TV and en-suite shower room. Wake up to magnificent sea views and pull the great glass doors back to the balcony to step out into the salty air. There is also a second super-king-size at this level, plus a bunk room with 3’ beds. Both these bedrooms also have Smart TVs, and the bunk room has access to the upper garden. A family bathroom, with a shower and a bath, completes the accommodation here. Emerge into your gorgeous living space, a splendid, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, on the floor above and find yourselves captivated by the glorious seascapes. Settle on the sofas to lose yourselves in the sea views, watch movies on the Smart TV or play lively games together. Pull the glass doors back on warm afternoons or savour the warmth of the underfloor heating during the cooler months. Prepare meals in the sleek, high-specification kitchen, then relax with a glass of wine at the granite-topped island, which has a breakfast bar.
