Tastefully furnished throughout, and featuring large bay windows and charming artwork, this delightful getaway is perfect for beach lovers heading to the seaside, or for nature spotters and walkers exploring the North York Moors.

Three steps lead up into the shared hall of this welcoming townhouse. From here you can take the stairs up to the second floor or use the key-operated lift which goes directly into the apartment. The inviting hallway leads through to a bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with ample seating, a Smart TV, a central dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The wonderful bay windows allow natural light to stream in and boast sea views. Exploring further, you will find a refreshing main bathroom and two cosy king-size bedrooms – one with an en-suite shower room. Although the apartment has no outside space of its own, the property sits opposite the lovely Royal Crescent, with the beach and a choice of parks nearby, perfect for exercising your canine companion. A permit is provided for the local car park (100 metres away) with additional on-street parking subject to availability.

Whitby has some beautiful pet-friendly beaches (with some seasonal restrictions), and a wealth of dog-welcoming pubs. Your pet can join you for a boat trip or a stroll along the Cleveland Way, or you can head up the 199 Steps to the remains of Whitby Abbey. Inland, the magnificent North York Moors (2 miles) offer numerous wonderful walking trails.

Lovely spacious, well equipped flat with a parking permit for the nearby West Cliff carpark. This is our second visit but will not be our last.

This was our 5th stay at the apartment which says it all; great location and well furnished and equipped. Plenty or eating establishments in walking distance and easy access to beach and promenade strolls.

Excellent apartment in an excellent location. The parking permit was brilliant and the parking so convenient. It was nice to be able to leave the car for a couple of days to do local walks. Enjoyed the walk to Sandsend as well as to Whitby and the Abbey. The apartment was very well appointed and everything that you could need. Clear instructioRead morens, easy to find keys and permit. Lots of beautiful places surrounding Whitby to explore and very dog friendly. We fell in love with Whitby and plan to return. Hide
