Offering country views towards the Gargunnock Hills, this gorgeous property sleeps four people across two bedrooms and welcomes two canine companions. It’s the perfect accommodation option for romantic couples or small families who want to explore the stunning Scottish countryside with their pups in tow. You’ll love getting away from it all, and your faithful friends will love snoozing in front of the wood burner each evening.

Step inside this charming property where the spacious open-plan layout and a gentle palette of soft, subdued colours will instantly make you feel right at home. Cook up a storm in the kitchen and gather with your loved ones in the dining area, where you can admire the views of the rolling hill as you wine and dine. You may be lucky enough to spot wild deer grazing in the fields. After dinner, grab a seat in front of the wood burner in the living area and watch a movie, or step outside onto the enclosed patio. Pour yourself a wee dram and let your pups run free in as you indulge in a little stargazing. At the end of the day, there are two lovely bedrooms to choose from. When you wake up in the morning, you are guaranteed a breathtaking view from the window.

Pups are welcome aboard the Sir Walter Scott steamship for a cruise of the lovely Loch Katrine. Dating back to 1900, the Sir Walter Scott sails from Trossachs Pier (18 miles) in the pretty town of Callander. Or, for a dog walk for a real difference, make your way to The Kelpies (19.5 miles). These are the worlds largest equine sculptures, rising a colossal 30 metres above the Forth and Clyde Canal.

This cottage is absolutely beautiful. It's spacious, very comfortable and has great views. It's even nicer than the photos and has been very thoughtfully equipped, the sofas and beds are excellent quality. It's in a peaceful spot, but well situated for exploring. We will definitely return, we enjoyed every moment.

The cottage was lovely - very comfortable and tastefully furnished and the rooms were all spacious. It was in a very peaceful setting with a handy farm shop and cafe just down the road. There are quite a few pubs in nearby villages to go to for meals and lots of gorgeous walks nearby.

A second visit to this well situated cottage. Many attractions and historical sites are within reasonable distance, as well as some great restaurants and "watering holes"! Lovely, light, well equipped cottage in rural quiet location. It was great that we were able to take the dog but I felt the cottage description was a little misleading. I assumed the little patio area was enclosed so that the dog could go out but this wasn't the case. The dog needed to be taken out on a lead at all times. However, the family who owRead morened the property were kind enough to let us use the grass are as they were away. Hide

This is a beautiful flat. Quite large as well, there is a flight of stairs into the flat and steps down to the entrance door from outside - might be an issue for those with reduced mobility. Equipment wise- plenty of crockery / cutlery and a good dishwasher. The surrounding area is also lovely for a holiday.
