Hikers will want to head out to Goatfell (6 miles), the island's highest peak, which offers spectacular views from the top after a scenic ascent. Or for a more leisurely day out, head south to the pretty village of Lamlash and enjoy a long lunch overlooking the bay and Holy Isle.
