This attractive house, set in over an acre of enclosed grounds, is the perfect rural escape for you and your furry friends. As well as the walks directly from your doorstep, you’re also on the fringe of Tay Forest Park and its network of shady trails and about 5 miles from Cairngorms National Park, where you can set off on a mountain hike, woodland ramble or river walk with your trusty four-legged pals.

The spacious property boasts a large farmhouse-style kitchen, with a beamed ceiling, warming Aga and dining table to seat the whole party, making it the perfect space for entertaining. The cosy lounge has two roaring wood burners – one for the humans to snuggle in front of and one for the hounds! Pop on a film or unwind with a book on a beanbag in the chill out area. All the rooms in this fabulous property have views across the fields, countryside or garden. The piece de resistance for the pups, though, will be the fantastic outdoor space. There is a large open field to run around and a wonderful wooden play area for the kids. There are also two handy kennels.

Admire some of Scotland’s tallest trees in Tay Forest Park, winding your way along woodland trails and past unforgettable lochs. Jump in the car and head over to the visitor centre at Queen’s View (14 miles away) for some truly breathtaking scenery – the panorama over Loch Tummel will have you reaching for your camera! Blair Castle and Gardens (8.5 miles away) makes a lovely day out. The setting is quite spectacular, and the woofers can join you as you potter around the walled garden and wooded grove. Just remember to keep the furry ones on a lead, as peacocks roam free and Highland cattle graze nearby!

It's a fantastic house where you'll want for nothing. The oven and wood-burning stove ensure it's always nice and warm. The house is cosily furnished and spotlessly clean. There is plenty of opportunity for children to play. This is highly recommended!
