A stylish hillside lodge with panoramic sea views in Paignton, this is a relaxing coastal base for families or friends who want resort facilities on hand. Make the most of the on-site shop, entertainment and places to eat at the neighbouring holiday parks, then plan beach days at Goodrington Sands (1.5 miles) and Paignton Beach (2.5 miles). Walk a section of the South West Coast Path, meet the animals at Paignton Zoo (2.5 miles), or make a splash at Splashdown Quaywest (1.5 miles). For classic Devon days out, ride the Dartmouth Steam Railway (6.5 miles) or explore the coastal towns of Brixham (4.5 miles), Dartmouth (7 miles), and Teignmouth (15 miles).
Inside, the light-filled lounge sets the scene for downtime, with a cinema-style big screen, surround-sound speakers, and LED mood lighting creating an immersive space for film nights. Doors open to the deck to draw those sea views into the living area, while the adjacent dining space and breakfast bar invite unhurried meals and board games. The kitchen flows easily into this sociable hub, designed for simple holiday cooking. The main bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with WC. Two additional twin bedrooms each have their own TV, giving everyone a cosy corner to unwind. A family shower room with WC serves these rooms, and thoughtful extras include robes, slippers and a welcome pack. A utility room with a washer/dryer keeps beachwear and walking gear sorted, and a travel cot (for use in the lounge area) and highchair are available for hire.
Outside, the broad decked area makes the most of the elevated position, with outdoor seating and a private hot tub where you can soak while gazing across the bay. Guests also enjoy access to shared facilities at Beverley Park and Beverley Bay, including indoor and outdoor pools, evening entertainment, play areas, and mini golf; activities and entertainment typically run during the February half term, and April to October – schedules may vary. Entertainment and swimming passes are included, subject to venue opening times. There is no allocated parking space, but plenty of parking available near the lodges.
