You could easily spend your days relaxing in the garden, playing in the games room, or luxuriating in the hot tub. There is plenty to see and do in the area, from fabulous beaches and picturesque harbour villages to excellent walks along the South West Coast Path.
From the games room, with its pool table and table tennis, to the bubbling hot tub; the owners of this property have clearly put a lot of thought into making your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. There are two separate lounges, the first with a TV and doors out to the patio. The second offers a TV/DVD with Sky channels, Netflix and Disney+, and is adjoined to the light and bright conservatory seating area. One of the seven bedrooms, a double room with an en-suite shower, is located on the ground floor, whilst the further six bedrooms can be found upstairs. In addition to the large lawn, patio seating area and hot tub, there is also a fabulous all-weather BBQ hut.
Set just across the River Torridge from the harbour town of Bideford, it is an easy half-a-mile walk across the bridge to the town centre, where there is a range of shops and places to eat. Head out on walks along the river with your canine companion at your side, perhaps heading north to the twin waterside villages of Instow and Appledore (3.5 miles). Alternatively, jump in the car and make your way to the beaches of Westward Ho! (4 miles) or Saunton Sands (16 miles).
