We arrived on a wet n windy day to a lovely warm welcome from the owner. The hut was beyond our expectations. Its clean, modern and perfectly equipped. So much attention to detail in the layout of the huts - there are only three and theyve been done in a way to provide complete privacy. Perfect place for a relaxing weekend away with the beautiful sRead moreites of both Devon and Cornwall. The complimentary Cream Tea was appreciated too! Hide

As already mentioned in previous reviews this was a wee gem. Loved it. Perfect location for visiting both North and South coasts. As we were in "Frederick " we had a very large open area to the side of us which was idea for our 2 dogs. Spectacular scenery and the sky at night excellent.

A fantastic shepherds hut thats slightly larger than others we have holidayed in. This extra space is fantastic as it gives you a place to sit on those rainy days and a generous and super comfortable king sized bed. The location is great and easy to find. The owner is lovely and helpful. We thoroughly recommend this for a holiday.

My wife and I had the most peaceful stay in Fredrick, greeted by Heather warmly with a tour of the site. Honesty bar and logs were all ready to purchase in the summerhouse and the views were just lovely. Malcom was also a very informative chap with a personal touch to being more interested in making us happy and our stay enjoyable than anything elsRead moree. Lovely chicken eggs on site to purchase too. We will be back to stay again. A little gem if you like the quiet countryside near beaches. Hide

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 'Freddie' was a great hut, fully equipped and cosy. Malcolm made us feel so welcome with a lovely tour and ideas for walks and day trips. The hut & location was so relaxing. Three huts on site but comfortably separated and out of sight of each other, it's a very big space. Freddie was on the far side and probably theRead more most isolated of the three, perfect for us and the dog. Fantastic place. Hide
