We had a warm welcome on arrival by Steve who gave us lots of info. The bungalow was very well equipped, warm & comfortable. Heating was on when we arrived & log burner laid ready to light with a basket of wood provided as well. Set in a convenient place for where we wanted to visit with great views. Would highly recommend.

A perfect place to stay, really handy for many places of interest, National Trust properties and woodland walks. Steve was a fabulous host, his local knowledge was second to none. The Annexe was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean and we had a really great few days away. Lawrence, our lurcher, felt very welcome. Friendly helpful host. Good location, visited Model village at Babbacombe Dartmouth and ferry to Greenway and Coleton Fishacre, all recommended. Good meals at Church House pub at Rattery close by the cottage. Weather was wet and windy most of the week but we enjoyed the holiday.

There is no enclosed garden, but it says there is! Property is in a very good location, with a wonderful view. We didn't like the large glass doors on the property, as this provided us with no privacy.
